UHMW-PE with acrylic adhesive

For applications at temperatures up to 100 °C where low friction and/or high chemical resistance are important. This tape is often used as a die-cut part in automotive construction as an "anti-squeak film" (e.g. in the dashboard).

Carrier film made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, coated with a highly adhesive acrylic. UHMW-PE offers high chemical resistance and friction properties similar to PTFE (Teflon®) and is one of the toughest film carriers.
